SHIPPING POLICY
At The Claw and Order, we do our best to get your products to you as quickly as possible. However, please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. During sale periods, new launches, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (India)
We ship across India through our trusted courier partners. Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and pin code accessibility. Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer. These are estimated timelines and The Claw and Order does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. If you’re interested in ordering from outside India, please reach out to us at meow@theclawandorder.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request on a case-by-case basis. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight of the package. All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time at our discretion, which will be communicated on our website and social media channels. The Claw and Order reserves the right to modify shipping rates at any time without prior notice.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at meow@theclawandorder.com.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, The Claw and Order shall not be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by our courier partners, weather conditions, natural disasters, government regulations, public holidays, logistical disruptions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Delayed delivery does not qualify as grounds for a refund or cancellation once the order has been dispatched.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier partner is unable to deliver after multiple attempts due to the recipient being unavailable or unreachable, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order. If the customer chooses not to have the order reshipped, a refund may be issued after deducting the original and return shipping costs, at our discretion.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address, including pin code and contact number, is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order. The Claw and Order is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will bear the full cost of reshipping. We reserve the right to cancel such orders and issue a refund after deducting all applicable shipping costs.
Risk of Loss
All products purchased from The Claw and Order are shipped on an “as-is” basis. The risk of loss and title for products passes to the buyer upon delivery to the courier partner. While we will assist in resolving any shipping disputes with our courier partners, The Claw and Order shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit.
